With a specified filling accuracy of ±0.2–1ml and an output capacity of 600–900 bottles per hour, the machine helps improve filling consistency while reducing manual effort and product wastage.

How to Use

Step 1 – Machine Setup

Place the machine on a stable, flat surface. Connect it to a suitable electrical power supply and an external air compressor.

Step 2 – Connect the Air Compressor

Set the compressor and air regulator to the required working pressure of 0.4–0.6 MPa (58–87 PSI).

Step 3 – Prepare the Product

Ensure the liquid or paste is properly mixed and suitable for the machine. Fill the stainless steel hopper with the required product.

Step 4 – Adjust Filling Settings

Set the required filling volume between 5ml and 50ml using the adjustable mechanism. Adjust the filling speed according to the product and container requirements.

Step 5 – Perform a Test Fill

Conduct a trial filling operation and measure the dispensed quantity. Make adjustments if necessary.

Step 6 – Start Filling

Position the bottle, jar or container beneath the nozzle. Activate the filling mechanism using the appropriate control or foot pedal.

2. Not Suitable for Grease Filling

This machine is not recommended for grease filling applications.
