How to Use

Step 1 – Preparation

Place the machine on a stable, heat-resistant surface. Ensure the packaging pouch is clean, dry and suitable for hot bar sealing.

Step 2 – Heating

Connect the machine to a suitable power supply and allow the heating bar to warm up for approximately 2–5 minutes, depending on the material and required temperature.

Step 3 – Temperature Adjustment

Adjust the heating regulator according to the pouch material and thickness. Test the settings on a sample pouch before regular operation.

Step 4 – Sealing Process

Position the open edge of the pouch between the sealing bars and apply appropriate manual pressure to create the seal.

Step 5 – Cooling & Inspection

Release the pressure and allow the sealed area to cool. Inspect the seal to ensure proper bonding before handling or packing the product.
