How to Operate the Machine

Step 1 – Machine Setup

Place the machine on a stable, level surface. Ensure that the hopper, discharge nozzle and other components are securely installed.

Step 2 – Connect the Power Supply

Connect the machine to a suitable 220V power supply and switch it on according to the operating instructions.

Step 3 – Prepare the Material

Ensure that the granules or free-flowing powder are dry, clean and compatible with the dispensing mechanism.

Step 4 – Fill the Hopper

Load the prepared material into the hopper without exceeding the machine's recommended capacity.

Step 5 – Set the Filling Weight

Use the control panel to select the required filling quantity between 100g and 1000g.

Step 6 – Check Weighing Accuracy

Perform a trial filling operation and verify the dispensed weight using an appropriate weighing scale. Adjust or calibrate the machine if required.

Step 7 – Start the Filling Process

Position a suitable pouch, bag or container beneath the discharge nozzle and activate the filling process.

Step 8 – Monitor Filling Performance

Check the filling consistency periodically and adjust the machine settings when changing the material or target weight.

Step 9 – Complete Packaging

Remove the filled container and proceed with sealing or other packaging operations as required.

Maintenance & Care
