How to Use

Place the machine on a stable and level working surface and install the conveyor correctly. Connect the machine to the appropriate electrical supply and switch on the power.

Adjust the temperature and conveyor settings according to the pouch material and thickness. Allow the sealing section sufficient time to reach the required operating temperature.

Make sure the pouch opening is clean, dry and properly aligned. Place the pouch on the conveyor and guide its open edge into the sealing section. The conveyor will carry the pouch through the machine for continuous sealing.

After sealing, inspect the pouch for proper adhesion and consistency. Adjust the temperature or conveyor setting if required before starting bulk production.
