The Universal Seal™ FR-400 Mini Panel MS Horizontal Band Sealer is a compact and efficient continuous sealing machine designed for high-grade and laminated pouches. How to Use

Machine Preparation: Place the FR-400 on a stable, flat and dry working surface. Check that the sealing components are correctly positioned before operation.

Power Connection: Connect the machine to a suitable 220V, 50Hz power supply and switch on the power.

Set the Temperature: Adjust the temperature according to the material and thickness of the pouch. Allow sufficient time for the sealing section to reach the selected temperature.

Adjust Sealing Speed: Set the sealing speed according to the pouch material and required sealing quality.

Prepare the Pouch: Ensure that the pouch opening is clean, dry and free from product residue, moisture, oil or wrinkles.

Feed the Pouch: Correctly align the open edge of the pouch with the sealing section and carefully feed it into the machine.

Continuous Sealing: The machine carries the pouch edge through the heating, sealing and cooling mechanism to produce a continuous seal.
