How to Use

Connect the machine to the appropriate electrical supply and connect the nitrogen gas line to the designated nitrogen inlet using a suitable regulator and tubing. Set the required sealing temperature, conveyor speed and nitrogen flow according to the product and pouch material.

Fill the pouch and ensure that the sealing area is clean and properly aligned. Place the pouch on the conveyor and guide its open edge toward the nitrogen flushing and sealing section. The machine will move the pouch continuously through the process, allowing nitrogen flushing followed by heat sealing.

After sealing, inspect the pouch for seal strength, alignment and overall packaging quality. Adjust the temperature, conveyor speed or nitrogen flow if required before beginning bulk production.

Important Note

Actual sealing and nitrogen-flushing performance depends on the pouch material, thickness, product type, nitrogen purity, gas flow, residual oxygen level and operating settings. Always conduct sample trials before bulk production.

The nitrogen cylinder, regulator and external gas-supply accessories should be confirmed separately unless specifically mentioned as included with the machine.
