The Universal Seal™ DGYF-600A Manual Induction Sealing Machine is a compact and portable solution designed for sealing compatible wad-lined bottles, jars and containers. How to Use

1. Prepare the Machine: Place the DGYF-600A on a stable and dry surface and connect it to a suitable 220V power supply.

2. Prepare the Container: Fill the container and fit it with the correct compatible wad-lined cap. Ensure the bottle opening, cap and sealing area are clean and dry.

3. Adjust the Settings: Set the required sealing parameters according to the container diameter, cap and wad material.

4. Position the Sealing Head: Place the handheld induction sealing head correctly over the capped container. The sealing diameter should be within the machine's 20–100 mm range.

5. Start Sealing: Activate the machine to begin the induction heating process. The electromagnetic field heats the compatible wad sealing layer.

6. Allow the Seal to Set: After completing the sealing cycle, remove the induction head and allow the container to cool briefly.

7. Inspect the Seal: Check the wad for proper adhesion and sealing quality before beginning bulk production. Adjust the settings if necessary.

Maintenance

Regular Cleaning: Keep the machine body and induction sealing head clean and free from dust, product residue and other contaminants.

Inspect the Sealing Head: Regularly check the handheld induction head and connecting cable for wear or damage.

Electrical Safety: Inspect the power cable, plug and electrical connections periodically. Do not operate the machine with damaged wiring or loose connections.

Keep the Machine Dry: Avoid exposing the machine or electrical components to water or excessive moisture.

Test Before Production: Always perform sample sealing tests whenever changing the container, cap, wad material or operating settings.
