How to Use

Step 1 – Machine Preparation

Place the machine on a stable, level surface. Inspect the sealing rollers, can support platform and electrical connections before operation.

Step 2 – Select the Compatible Can

Choose a can and matching lid suitable for the machine's seaming tooling. Confirm the required can diameter and height.

Step 3 – Adjust the Can Height

Adjust the support platform according to the can height to ensure correct positioning beneath the seaming head.

Step 4 – Position the Can and Lid

Fill the can as required, position the matching lid correctly and place the container securely on the support platform.

Step 5 – Start the Sealing Process

Activate the machine according to its operating instructions. The motor-driven seaming rollers fold and compress the lid and can body to form the double seam.

Step 6 – Inspect the Finished Seal

Remove the sealed can and inspect the seam for proper formation, alignment and visible defects. Carry out appropriate seam measurements and leak testing as required.
