How to Operate the DZ-500 Vacuum Packaging Machine

Step 1 – Prepare the Machine

Place the machine on a stable, level surface with adequate ventilation. Ensure that the vacuum chamber, sealing bar and lid are clean and properly positioned.

Step 2 – Connect the Power Supply

Connect the machine to a suitable 220V electrical supply and switch it on according to the manufacturer's operating instructions.

Step 3 – Select the Vacuum Bag

Choose a compatible heat-sealable vacuum pouch suitable for chamber vacuum packaging and the dimensions of the product.

Step 4 – Load the Product
