The FR-900 features a motorized conveyor system that automatically carries filled pouches through the sealing section. How to Use

Machine Setup: Place the FR-900 Horizontal Band Sealer on a stable and level working surface. Check that the conveyor and sealing components are properly aligned.

Power Connection: Connect the machine to the appropriate electrical supply and switch on the main power.

Set Temperature: Adjust the temperature according to the pouch material and thickness. Allow the machine sufficient time to reach the selected operating temperature.

Adjust Conveyor Speed: Set the conveyor speed according to your production requirements and the sealing characteristics of the pouch.

Prepare the Pouches: Ensure the sealing area of the pouch is clean, dry and properly aligned. Avoid product residue, moisture or wrinkles around the sealing edge.

Feed the Pouches: Place the filled pouch horizontally on the conveyor and guide its open edge into the sealing section.

Continuous Sealing: The motorized conveyor automatically carries the pouch through the heating, sealing and cooling sections.

Inspect the Seal: Collect the sealed pouch from the output side and check the seal for proper adhesion, alignment and consistency. Adjust the temperature or speed if necessary.

Maintenance

Regular Cleaning: Wipe the machine body and conveyor with a clean, soft cloth to prevent dust and packaging residue buildup.

Inspect Sealing Components: Periodically inspect the sealing bands, Teflon belts, rollers and heating components for wear or damage.

Check Conveyor Alignment: Make sure the conveyor belt moves smoothly and remains correctly aligned during operation.

Inspect Electrical Components: Check the power cable, switches and visible electrical connections regularly for signs of damage.

Test Machine Operation: Perform a test run after maintenance or adjustments to confirm proper conveyor movement and sealing performance.
