Universal Seal™ DCGY-F200 Portable Induction Sealing Machine

The Universal Seal™ DCGY-F200 Portable Induction Sealer is a compact and easy-to-operate manual sealing machine designed for small to medium-scale bottle and container sealing applications. With its portable construction and simple operation, the machine is suitable for businesses that require an efficient sealing solution without occupying significant workspace.

Powered by a 400W electric system and operating on 220V, the DCGY-F200 offers an approximate sealing capacity of 8–10 pieces per minute, depending on the container size, sealing parameters and operator handling. It supports a 20–80 mm sealing diameter, making it suitable for a variety of compatible bottles, jars and containers.

The machine is commonly used across food & beverage, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, personal care and chemical packaging applications. Proper sealing helps improve packaging integrity, minimize leakage and contamination risks, and provide better protection for packaged products.

Important Note: This machine is not suitable for direct aluminium foil sealing. It is designed for compatible wad sealing applications only. Please check the container, cap and wad compatibility before use.

How to Use

Preparation: Place the machine on a stable and dry working surface. Connect it to a suitable 220V power supply and ensure the sealing head and working area are clean.

Set the Parameters: Adjust the required sealing settings according to the container, cap and compatible wad material being used.

Prepare the Container: Fill the container and properly fit the cap with a compatible wad liner. Ensure that the cap diameter is within the machine's 20–80 mm sealing range.

Start Sealing: Position the sealing head correctly over the capped container and activate the machine. Allow the sealing cycle to complete according to the selected settings.

Check the Seal: After sealing, allow the container to cool briefly and inspect the wad seal for proper adhesion before proceeding with further packaging.

Maintenance & Safety

Keep the machine and sealing head clean and free from dust, product residue and other contaminants. Wipe the exterior using a clean, soft cloth after regular use.

Periodically inspect the power cable, plug and electrical connections for signs of damage or loose connections. Keep the machine away from excessive moisture and always disconnect the power supply before cleaning or maintenance.

For consistent sealing performance, always use compatible containers, caps and wad liners and select appropriate operating parameters according to the packaging material.
