The machine features 304 stainless steel and PTFE components, providing durability, corrosion resistance, and convenient cleaning. Its anti-drip filling nozzle helps prevent liquid leakage and ensures a clean filling process.

Operating Instructions

Step 1 – Machine Preparation

• Position the machine on a clean, stable, and level surface.
• Connect a suitable external air compressor to the pneumatic system.
• Connect the electrical supply if required by the machine configuration.
• Ensure all product-contact components are clean before operation.

Step 2 – Filling Volume Adjustment

• Set the desired filling quantity between 50ml and 500ml.
• Adjust the filling speed according to the liquid characteristics.
• Perform a trial filling to verify the required volume.

Step 3 – Container Placement

• Place the empty bottle, jar, or container directly beneath the filling nozzle.
• Ensure proper alignment to prevent spillage.

Step 4 – Filling Operation

• Activate the filling cycle using the foot pedal.
• Allow the machine to dispense the preset quantity.
• Remove the filled container and position the next empty container.

Step 5 – Cleaning & Maintenance

• Clean the filling nozzle and product-contact components regularly.
• Check pneumatic connections for air leakage.
• Disconnect electrical power and release compressed air pressure before maintenance.
