The Universal Seal™ DGYF-500A Portable Induction Sealing Machine is a compact and efficient manual sealing solution designed for wad sealing of compatible bottles and containers. Using electromagnetic induction technology, the machine generates controlled heat to activate the compatible induction wad inside the bottle cap, creating a secure seal at the container opening.

With an adjustable sealing diameter of 20–100 mm, the DGYF-500A is suitable for a wide range of compatible containers made from ABS, PE (HDPE/LDPE), PET, PP, PS, PVC and glass. Its compact and portable construction makes it particularly useful for small and medium-scale production, laboratory work, retail packaging and businesses requiring flexible bottle-sealing operations.

How to Use

Prepare the Machine: Place the DGYF-500A on a stable, dry and level working surface. Ensure that the sealing head and surrounding area are clean.

Prepare the Container: Fill the compatible bottle or container and ensure that the correct induction sealing wad is properly positioned inside the cap.

Tighten the Cap: Securely close the bottle with the cap so that the wad is positioned correctly against the container opening.

Adjust the Settings: Select the appropriate sealing time or operating parameters according to the container material, cap size and wad specification.

Position the Sealing Head: Place the induction sealing head correctly over the capped container. The container diameter should fall within the machine's 20–100 mm supported sealing range.

Start the Sealing Process: Activate the machine to begin induction heating. The electromagnetic field heats the compatible wad and creates the seal at the container opening.

Inspect the Seal: Allow the container to cool briefly, then inspect the wad to confirm proper adhesion and sealing quality before starting bulk production.
