How to Use

Machine Preparation: Place the DGYF-500C on a stable, dry and level surface. Ensure that the induction sealing head and surrounding area are clean.

Prepare the Container: Fill the compatible bottle or container and place the appropriate induction sealing wad correctly inside the cap.

Close the Cap: Tighten the cap properly so that the wad is positioned evenly against the container opening.

Adjust the Settings: Set the appropriate sealing parameters according to the container size, cap material and wad specification.

Position the Sealing Head: Place the induction head correctly over the capped container. Ensure the container falls within the machine's 20–130 mm sealing range.

Start Sealing: Activate the machine to begin the electromagnetic induction process. The compatible wad liner is heated and bonded to the container opening.

Inspect the Seal: Allow the container to cool briefly and inspect the seal for proper adhesion before beginning bulk production.

• This machine is not intended for direct aluminium foil sealing. It is designed for compatible induction wad sealing only.

Maintenance
