How to Use

Machine Setup: Place the FR-900 Vertical Band Sealer on a stable and level working surface. Ensure that the conveyor, sealing assembly and adjustment components are correctly installed.

Power Connection: Connect the machine to a suitable 220V, 50Hz electrical supply and switch on the main power.

Adjust the Height: Set the machine height according to the dimensions and sealing position of the pouch.

Set Temperature & Speed: Select the appropriate sealing temperature and conveyor speed according to the pouch material and thickness. Allow sufficient time for the machine to reach the required operating temperature.

Prepare the Pouches: Ensure the sealing edge is clean, dry and free from product residue, oil, moisture or wrinkles.

Start Sealing: Place the filled pouch upright on the conveyor and correctly align its open edge with the sealing section.

Continuous Operation: The conveyor automatically carries the pouch through the heating, sealing and cooling sections for continuous sealing.

Inspect the Seal: Collect the pouch from the output side and inspect the seal for proper adhesion and consistency. Adjust temperature or speed when necessary.

Maintenance
