How to Use

1. Place the machine on a stable and level surface and connect it to a suitable 220 V, 50 Hz power supply.
2. Adjust the machine according to the height and size of the bottle being sealed.
3. Ensure the bottle opening and cap are clean and dry.
4. Place a compatible induction-sealing aluminium foil liner inside the bottle cap and tighten the cap correctly.
5. Switch on the machine and set the required operating parameters according to the bottle, cap and liner material.
6. Pass the prepared bottles through the sealing area for electromagnetic induction sealing.
7. After sealing, inspect the liner to ensure that a proper and uniform seal has been achieved.
8. Adjust the settings if required before starting continuous production.

Maintenance

• Regularly clean the stainless steel body and sealing area using a soft cloth.
• Keep the machine free from dust, packaging residue and other contaminants.
• Periodically inspect electrical connections, cables and controls for damage or loose connections.
• Ensure the air-cooling system remains clean and unobstructed.
• Check sealing performance regularly and adjust operating settings according to the bottle, cap and liner being used.
