The Universal Seal™ 1 Inch Black TIJ Ink Cartridge provides a maximum print height of up to 25.4mm (1 inch), making it suitable for applications requiring larger and more visible product coding compared with standard 12.7mm printing.

Quick-Drying Black Solvent Ink

The cartridge uses black solvent-based quick-drying ink, designed to produce clear and durable coding on compatible packaging materials. Its approximate drying time is 2–5 seconds, depending on the printing surface and operating conditions.

Print Multiple Types of Content

When used with a compatible TIJ printer, the cartridge can be used for printing MFG Date, EXP Date, Batch No., MRP, text, logos, barcodes and QR codes, making it suitable for product identification and traceability applications.

Suitable for Multiple Surfaces

The solvent-based formulation is intended for use on compatible materials including plastic, metal, glass, foil, pouches, cartons and coated materials. Final print adhesion and drying performance should be tested on the actual packaging material before production use.

Handheld & Online TIJ Compatibility

This 25.4mm cartridge is designed for compatible 1-inch handheld TIJ printers and online TIJ coding systems, allowing it to be used for both portable coding and production-line applications.
