How to Use

Step 1 – Preparation

Place the machine on a stable, heat-resistant surface. Ensure that the packaging material is clean, dry and suitable for hot bar sealing.

Step 2 – Heating

Connect the machine to a suitable electrical supply and allow the heating bar to warm up for approximately 2–5 minutes, depending on the pouch material and operating conditions.

Step 3 – Temperature Adjustment

Set the required heating temperature according to the type and thickness of the packaging material. Perform a sample sealing test before regular operation.

Step 4 – Sealing Process

Position the open edge of the pouch between the heated sealing bars. Apply appropriate manual pressure to seal the packaging material.

Step 5 – Cooling & Inspection

Release the pressure and allow the sealed portion to cool. Inspect the seal to ensure proper bonding and sealing quality.
