The Universal Seal™ Heavy Duty 10/15Kg Vertical Continuous Band Sealer Machine – 800W is designed for continuous sealing of large and heavy filled pouches in commercial and industrial packaging operations. With a maximum conveyor loading capacity of up to 15 kg, the machine is suitable for businesses handling bulk packaging of rice, grains, pulses, flour, seeds, animal feed, agricultural products and other compatible products.

The vertical sealing configuration keeps filled pouches upright while they move through the sealing section. Heat and pressure are applied continuously to create a strong and consistent seal on compatible high-grade and laminated pouches.

Powered by an 800W system, the machine offers an adjustable sealing speed of 0–12 m/min, sealing width of 6–12 mm and temperature range of 0–300°C. Its 80–600 mm height adjustment range provides flexibility for different pouch sizes, while the heavy-duty jack stand helps support larger packaging requirements.

How to Use

Machine Setup: Position the machine on a stable and level surface. Ensure the jack stand, conveyor and sealing section are properly adjusted.

Power Connection: Connect the machine to a suitable 220V, 50Hz electrical supply.

Adjust Sealing Height: Set the sealing head height according to the pouch dimensions using the machine's height-adjustment mechanism.

Set Temperature: Select an appropriate temperature according to the pouch material and thickness.

Adjust Sealing Speed: Set the conveyor/sealing speed according to the pouch weight, material and required sealing quality.

Prepare the Pouch: Fill the pouch and ensure that its sealing edge is clean, dry and free from product residue or wrinkles.

Start Sealing: Place the filled pouch upright on the conveyor and guide its open edge into the sealing section. The conveyor continuously moves the pouch through the heating and pressure system.

Printing: Configure the steel wheel printing system when coding is required and compatible with the intended application.

Inspect the Finished Pouch: Check the seal for proper alignment, strength and consistency. Adjust temperature, speed or pressure if required before bulk production.

Maintenance

Regular Cleaning: Clean the conveyor, sealing area and machine surfaces regularly to remove packaging or product residue.

Inspect Sealing Components: Check sealing belts, Teflon belts, rollers and heating components periodically for wear or damage.

Check Conveyor: Inspect conveyor alignment, tension and movement, particularly when handling heavier pouches.

Check Temperature System: Ensure the heating components and temperature controller are operating correctly.

Inspect Printing System: Keep the steel wheel printing mechanism clean and properly adjusted when in use.

Check Jack Stand & Adjustments: Periodically inspect the height-adjustment mechanism, stand and fasteners for secure operation.

Always switch off and disconnect the machine from the electrical supply before cleaning, adjustment or maintenance.
