The Universal Seal™ Heavy Duty Vertical Continuous Band Sealer with Wide Conveyor – 5Kg Loading Capacity is designed for continuous sealing of medium to heavy filled pouches in commercial and industrial packaging operations. Its vertical configuration keeps filled pouches upright during sealing, while the wide 210 × 1100 mm conveyor provides better support and stability for larger packaging formats.

Built with a durable mild steel (MS) body, the machine features a digital control panel, adjustable sealing speed and temperature control. It supports a maximum conveyor loading capacity of up to 5 kg and accommodates pouch heights from approximately 110 mm to 600 mm, making it suitable for a wide range of packaging requirements.

With an adjustable sealing speed of 0–12 m/min, 6–12 mm sealing width, 500W power and a temperature range of 0–400°C, the machine can be configured according to compatible pouch materials, thicknesses and production requirements.

The continuous sealing mechanism allows successive pouches to move through the sealing section without stopping the machine for every pack, helping improve productivity and reduce manual sealing effort.

Suitable Packaging Materials

The machine is designed primarily for high-grade heat-sealable pouches, including compatible laminated pouches and multilayer packaging films.

Material compatibility should always be tested before bulk production, as sealing performance depends on pouch composition, thickness, temperature, speed and pressure settings.

How to Use

Machine Setup: Place the machine on a stable and level surface. Check the conveyor, sealing section and height adjustment before operation.

Power Connection: Connect the machine to a suitable 220V, 50Hz electrical supply.

Adjust Conveyor & Height: Set the conveyor and sealing-head position according to the height and size of the filled pouch.

Set Temperature: Select an appropriate temperature according to the pouch material and thickness.

Set Sealing Speed: Adjust the conveyor/sealing speed according to the required production rate and sealing quality.

Prepare the Pouch: Ensure the sealing edge is clean, dry and free from product residue, wrinkles or foreign material.

Start Sealing: Position the filled pouch upright on the wide conveyor and guide its open edge into the sealing section. The conveyor will continuously carry the pouch through the heat-sealing mechanism.

Inspect the Seal: Check the finished pouch for proper alignment, sealing strength and consistency. Adjust temperature or speed if required before bulk production.

Maintenance

Regular Cleaning: Clean the conveyor, sealing section and machine body after use to prevent accumulation of product or packaging residue.

Inspect Sealing Components: Regularly check sealing belts, Teflon belts, rollers and heating components for wear or damage.

Check Conveyor Belt: Inspect the wide conveyor for correct alignment, tension and signs of excessive wear.

Check Moving Parts: Periodically inspect adjustment knobs, bearings, rollers and other moving components.

Electrical Inspection: Check the power cable, switches, digital panel and visible electrical connections periodically.

Always switch off and disconnect the machine from the electrical supply before cleaning, adjustment or maintenance.
