The Universal Seal Handheld 25.4mm Thermal Inkjet Printer is a portable, battery-operated coding and marking solution designed for clear and high-resolution printing across a variety of compatible surfaces.

Featuring a durable metal body, hard plastic handle, and 4.3-inch display, the printer is designed for convenient handheld operation. It supports a maximum printing height of up to 25.4 mm (1 inch) with a maximum print resolution of 300 DPI.

The printer supports multiple printing formats including Text, Date, Time, Batch Number, Symbols, QR Codes, Barcodes, DM Codes, Logos, images and other variable information. Font and character sizes can be adjusted according to printing requirements.

Its built-in lithium battery provides portable operation, with an approximate working capacity of up to 10 hours after charging, depending on actual usage.

How to Use

1. Initial Setup: Fully charge the battery and perform the required initial calibration before first use.
2. Install the Cartridge: Insert a compatible 25.4 mm ink cartridge securely into the cartridge area.
3. Power On: Switch on the printer and allow the system to initialize.
4. Create Print Content: Use the display to create the required text, date, batch number, barcode, QR code, logo or other content.
5. Adjust Print Settings: Configure the available font size, character size, print position and other parameters.
6. Position the Product: Keep the printing surface stable. Use the positioning plate where additional guidance is required.
7. Start Printing: Align the printing area correctly with the required surface and initiate printing.
8. Test Before Bulk Printing: Check print quality, position and code readability on a sample before continuous use.

Maintenance & Care

• Keep the printer and nozzle area clean for consistent print quality.
• Clean the nozzle using an appropriate lint-free material and recommended cleaning method.
• Store compatible cartridges correctly to help prevent drying or damage.
• Keep the machine protected from dust, moisture and liquids.
