How to Use

1. Machine Preparation: Place the DGYF-600C on a clean, dry and stable working surface. Ensure that the sealing head and machine are free from dust and residue.

2. Power Connection: Connect the machine to a suitable 220V, single-phase, 50Hz electrical supply.

3. Prepare the Container: Fill the bottle or jar and fit it with the correct compatible wad-lined cap. Ensure that the container opening and sealing area are clean and dry.

4. Adjust the Settings: Set the appropriate sealing parameters according to the container size, cap and wad material.

5. Position the Sealing Head: Place the induction sealing head correctly over the capped container. The container sealing diameter should be within the specified 20–130 mm range.

6. Start the Sealing Process: Activate the machine to begin induction heating. The generated electromagnetic field heats the compatible wad sealing layer.

7. Allow the Seal to Set: After completing the sealing cycle, remove the sealing head and allow the container to cool briefly.

8. Inspect the Seal: Check the wad for proper adhesion and sealing quality. Adjust the operating settings if required before beginning bulk production.

Maintenance

Regular Cleaning: Clean the machine body and induction sealing head regularly using a soft, dry cloth. Keep the sealing area free from dust and product residue.
