The Universal Seal Automatic 4-Inch (100mm) Industrial Grade TIJ Printer is designed for large-format industrial coding and marking applications where standard-size printing is not sufficient.

Powered by Thermal Inkjet (TIJ) technology, the machine uses a multi-head printing configuration to achieve a total printing height of up to 100 mm / 4 inches. This makes it suitable for printing large text, brand logos, batch information, product details, barcodes, QR codes, warning messages, and other variable data.

With a printing speed of up to 60 m/min, the printer is designed to support efficient coding operations in packaging, manufacturing, warehousing, and industrial environments.

The printer supports solvent-based ink, making it suitable for compatible porous and non-porous surfaces such as carton, plastic, metal, glass, pipes, packaging films, wood, and other industrial materials. Actual ink compatibility should always be tested on the required surface before bulk production.

How to Use

1. Initial Setup: Set up the machine and perform the required calibration before first use.
2. Cartridge Installation: Install compatible 25.4mm cartridges correctly into the required print-head positions. The package includes 1 black solvent-based cartridge; additional compatible cartridges may be required depending on the desired printing configuration.
3. Create Print Content: Use the machine interface to prepare the required text, dates, batch numbers, logos, barcodes, QR codes or other variable information.
4. Import Required Data: Where supported, use the USB interface to transfer compatible logos or other print files.
5. Adjust Printing Parameters: Configure available settings according to the required print size, surface, content and operating speed.
6. Position the Printer: Place the guide mechanism correctly against the printing surface to maintain stable and consistent movement.
7. Start Printing: Initiate printing and move the printer steadily across the required area according to the operating procedure.
